Click & Collect

We'll get your order ready to collect as soon as possible but please allow up to 24 hours. We'll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready.

Local Delivery

PLEASE NOTE that our frozen raw dog food products are currently available only for click & collect or local delivery.

When available, local deliveries will be made in the following areas on the day specified:

Heanor & Matlock - Tuesdays - Postcode areas: DE4, DE5, DE55, DE56, DE75

Derby - Wednesdays - Postcode areas: DE1, DE3, DE6, DE7, DE11, DE12, DE13, DE14, DE15, DE21, DE22, DE23, DE24, DE65, DE72, DE73, DE74

Nottingham - Fridays - Postcode areas: DE7, NG1, NG2, NG3, NG4, NG5, NG6, NG7, NG8, NG9, NG10, NG11, NG12, NG13, NG14, NG15, NG16, NG17, NG18, NG19, NG20, NG21, NG22, NG23, NG23, NG24, NG25, NG31, NG32, NG33

Local deliveries to certain postcodes in Derby, Heanor & Matlock are free, all other areas are £5.

If your area is not on the list above then please don't hesitate to contact us as we may be able to make delivery arrangements.

Cut off time for Local Delivery 

For local deliveries, orders need to be placed by 1pm the day before delivery is due:

Heanor & Matlock - order before 1pm on Monday for delivery on Tuesday

Derby - order before 1pm on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday

Nottingham - order before 1pm on Thursday for delivery on Friday

We don't make local deliveries on bank holidays so please bear this in mind when ordering. 

If the noted delivery day does not meet your requirements then please contact the shop and we will do our best to accommodate a different day for delivery.

Nationwide Delivery

PLEASE NOTE that our frozen raw dog food products are not available for nationwide delivery. If your address is outside our local delivery area, orders cannot be processed until any frozen raw dog food products are removed from your basket and payment will be processed only for the other items in your basket.

For nationwide deliveries of other goods, we use Royal Mail Tracked. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Delivery costs depend on order value and are calculated at checkout.
